Summer Reading For Fun Worksheet

Welcome: hot weather, lemonade, sprinklers, and EVERYTHING SUMMER!

Continuing on with my seasonal themes, I’ve got a new book worksheet ready to go. Celebrate the summer season with a good book (or two...or three...or four) and record your thoughts to look back on whenever you wish!

If you missed winter or spring, feel free to take a look and be prepared for when they roll around again:

But I know everyone’s most excited about the season at hand. So without further ado...a summer time worksheet!

With longer days and warmer weather, I hope everyone’s been able to have some fun. Even with COVID-19 in the world. So, I thought it important to ask three fun things people love to do in summer. I think it’ll be great to look back in future summers and see how the answers change!

But below that (or off to the side), the book portion of the worksheet begins. As always, there are spaces for the book title and author name.

And then some extra questions: Did the book take place in summer? How would you describe the main character? How are you alike/different than the main character? And pick one word to describe the book.

Under that, are lines for a brief summary...and of course the whole back of the page if someone wants to go more in-depth.

And lastly, the five-star outline for a rating.

And there you have it! A fun summer-time worksheet to perhaps fill-out when sitting outside in the sun with a nice cold glass of lemonade.

Happy Reading!
